Well I gave up smoking four days ago. When I gave up b4 I always seemed to gain weight and feel more hungry. This time I have lost weight and felt less like eating so much! I weighed myself today and found to my astonishment that I have lost 4 pounds....How can this be? I ask my self repeatedly! The first day I gave up, which was last Sunday, I did spring clean the house and stay very active that day. my mind was racing and my body was trying to keep up. I've done nothing much today, but felt considerably tired and unusually lighter!!! I know - doesn't it sound strange? For weeks I have been speed walking on my treadmill and not lost anything...but I give up smoking and I'm four pounds lighter !!!???? Can anyone shed some light on this for me, because I'm baffled?
