I do yoga and try to keep fit and healthy and find it helps so much with coping with stress especially in these gloomy economic times I am surprised myself just by doing yoga how much more relaxed I am

I must say I also sleep better I only do one yoga class a week but noticed the benefits more or less straight away after I first startedx

My Grandmother is in her 80s and has done yoga for probably more than 50 years. She used to be part of something called Health and Beauty Organisation as well. She swears by yoga though. It's been the one constant in her life.

Wow Im so impressed with your grandmother at my class there are quite a few youngsters and a few a little older but I think Im the oldest but their a friendly bunch and say Im doing pretty well we have a good teacher and the class is very popular although I cannot do all the moves like the "crab" ask your granny if she does that if she does Im well impressed you know yoga exercises every bit of your body and also calms the mind plus I seem to have more stamina so I hope you will continue like your granny

Started to do yoga at college three weeks ago. Going through a hideous time at work but I do find that i am a little bit less stressed and able to sleep more easily xx
