Well done for your efforts its paying off but my daughter is also on a diet shes doing alright I think its better when the weight comes off slowly shes lost a couple of pounds dosent sound much but over the weeks it all adds up plus another friend did running and she lost quite a few pounds mostly in the spring summer time she goes running more…

I do most of the cooking and with my three I make it up as i go along ...My claim to fame is that I can bone a whole chicken without having to cut it open, i stuff it with a sausage meat mixed with pistachio nuts ..when It is done it looks like a normal chicken but not a bone to be scene..and then you carve it like a roast...

2 chicken boned thighs.(dead cheap from tescos) dice and put in a large frying pan..add a small diced onion (red).boil some mixed veg sieve and add to pan...If you like them a good helping of small shrimps. Towards the end...add some bean sprouts ....mix well in the pan...in the last minute of cooking add diced water cress and sprinkle on top

My Grandmother is in her 80s and has done yoga for probably more than 50 years. She used to be part of something called Health and Beauty Organisation as well. She swears by yoga though. It's been the one constant in her life. more…
